Zusammenfassung:	One pack liquid perfusion preparation comprises an aqueous solution of at least one D-3-hydroxybutyric acid or its salts, a hydrogencarbonate and calcium glycerophosphate. ACTIVITY : Ophthalmological. In tests in which a needle was inserted into the cornea of Dutch rabbits administration of a perfusion solution containing 1.0 mM calcium glycerophosphate, 25.0 mM sodium hydrogencarbonate and 20.0 mM sodium D-3-hydroxybutyrate at 10 ml/min for 120 minutes significantly (p is less than 0.05) reduced eye tissue damage. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
