Zusammenfassung:A rating browser may easily confirm the validity or invalidity of an evaluation result of a rating target disclosed over a WWW system, as to whether the evaluation result is truly based on the evaluation conducted by a rating performer. An insrestor/customer 120 (rating browser device) sends a Web page acquisition request to a private business owner/firm 110 (rating target device) (S600). The private business owner/firm 110, in response to the request, sends back the requested Web page to the investor/customer 120 (S602). The investor/customer 120, upon the reception of the Web page, verifies the validity of a rating mark attached to that Web page (S604, S605). The investor/customer 120, after requesting a rating company 100 (rating performer device) to further verify the validity of the rating mark (S606), obtains detailed corporate information on the private business owner/firm 110 (S611-S614), if necessary.
