Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a device for protecting against electrostatic charging of a battery, comprising a plastic housing and a surface which has a film (1) exhibiting a surface resistance of < 1 10 ohms. The aim of the invention is to construct said device, which can be used on multiple occasions, in a particularly simple manner. According to the invention, the film (1) is electrically conductive and is arranged in a detachable manner around the edge of the surface of the battery (2).
