Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a threaded mechanism that comprises a spindle (1), a nut surrounding that spindle and interposed rolling bodies which are disposed in a threaded groove (4) formed on the outer surface of the spindle (1) and in a corresponding threaded groove (5) on the inner surface of the nut (2). The threaded mechanism is further provided with a device disposed on the nut (2) that returns the rolling bodies from the outlet end of a common thread of the threaded grooves (4, 5) to an inlet end of said common thread. The nut (2) is composed of a sheet metal sleeve (7) and a lift-and-divert element for the rolling bodies inserted in said sheet metal sleeve which consists of a first ring (8) and a second ring (9), the threaded groove (5) of the nut (2) being directly formed into the sheet metal sleeve (7).
