Zusammenfassung:	According to the invention there is also provided a method of monitoring conditions of a pneumatic tire (10) comprising a central tread (16), one or more belt(s) (20) disposed radially inwardly of the tread (16) and an innerliner (35) disposed radially inwardly of the belt (16), the belt(s) (20) having a side edge (23). An electronic tag (40) and associated condition sensors are disposed within the tire. The method includes: sensing (44) a first temperature which is the temperature of the tire innerliner adjacent to the belt edge with the electronic tag; sensing (46) a second temperature which is the air temperature within the tire with the electronic tag; and sensing (48) air pressure within the tire with the electronic tag.
