Zusammenfassung:The invention concerns the use of an outer membrane protein A (OmpA) of enterobacterium, in particular protein P40 of Klebsiella pneumoniae, associated with an immunogenic peptide derived from the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for intranasal administration designed to induce an immune response protecting the upper and lower (lungs) respiratory route against RSV infection. The invention also concerns the use of said compounds for preparing a vaccine for preventing and treating RSV infection.
