Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method and a device for blow forming containers made of thermoplastic material. The parisons used are initially tempered and then formed into containers in the area of at least one blowing station. Molds (8, 9) for initially providing the contours of the container are supported on mold carriers (4, 5). At east two parisons are simultaneously formed into containers inside each blowing station. Positioning of the parisons is effected is such a manner that the parisons adopt a position (47) when fed into the blowing station that differs from their position during the blowing process. Relative spacing between parisons is changed from the moment in which they are fed into the blowing station until the moment in which they adopt the position for blowing.
