Zusammenfassung:	Pigment dispersants prepared by reacting an isocyanate oligomer having an average functionality of at least three with a polyester or polyacrylate, a poly(ethylene glycol)alkyl ether, and a diamine having a primary amine and a tertiary amine have excellent stabilizing properties and offer a wide formulation latitude with a variety of solvent systems, including polar solvents and water, and are particularly useful as pigment dispersants for paints and coating applications.
