Zusammenfassung:Fixture for mounting a pattern plate in a molding machine producing sand molds is provided with a guide pin mounted on a pivotally mounted fitting. The pivot axis of the guide pin is positioned at a distance from the line connecting the two already existing guide pins of the fixture. Fixture for mounting a pattern plate in a molding machine comprises two spaced apart guide pins and corresponding bores positioned in and oriented perpendicular to the two surfaces for respectively engaging the pins and bores. One of the guide pins is mounted on a pivotally mounted fitting (8), with a pivot axis (9) positioned at a distance from the connection line (10) connecting the two guide pins. The side of the pattern plate opposite to the pattern side comprises a planar surface to be mounted against a corresponding mounting surface in the machine.
