METHOD FOR OPERATING A MOBILE TERMINAL AND A CORRESPONDING MOBILE RADIO SYSTEM

Time periods and locations in which the use of a mobile telephone (2) is undesirable are defined for mobile telephones (2). The mobile radio system constantly monitors whether said time periods and locations during which the mobile telephone is not to be used have been reached and, if this is the case, initiates an action so that the mobile telephone (2) cannot be used. According to the simplest scenario, a request for disconnection is issued. In the most extreme case, the mobile telephone (2) is automatically switched off. When the mobile telephone is not to be used in a given location, the mobile radio system constantly monitors the position of said mobile telephone (2) within said mobile radio system.
