Zusammenfassung:	A coating composition for application to primed metal substrates as a topcoat is disclosed. The coating composition is especially useful on metal closures for vacuum-packed food products. The coating composition is free of a halide-containing vinyl polymer and comprises: (a) an acrylate co-polymer having pendant hydroxy groups, (b) a hydroxy-terminated polyester, (c) a crosslinker, and (d) a nonaqueous carrier.
