Zusammenfassung:	The aim of the invention is to provide a method by means of which mineral oil contaminations can be removed in an environmentally sound and cost effective manner. Said method should above all cause no additional ecological damage and should be easy to apply. Another aim of the invention is to provide a use for hemp. The first aim is achieved by sprinkling dried hemp onto the surfaces that are contaminated with mineral oil and by severing the hemp and the oil together. The second aim is achieved by using dried hemp as an adsorption agent for mineral oil or mineral oil products.
