Zusammenfassung:	A dispenser wherein a piston (10c) is moved by a first piston controller by a distance corresponding to a predetermined injection quantity (Q) + an arbitrary additional quantity (+ alpha ) (to a position shown by (B2)), and thereafter toward a rear end by a distance corresponding to an arbitrary additional quantity (- alpha ) (to a position shown by (B3)), so as to reduce a pressure applied to an anaerobic sealant (1), whereby it becomes possible that an accurate quantity of liquid of a high viscosity be withdrawn from the dispenser within a predetermined period of time.
