Zusammenfassung:The method according to the invention consists in separation of gaseous mixture of oxygen, argon and nitrogen by a method of variable-pressure adsorption PSA on molecular carbon or zeolite sieves, selectively adsorbing oxygen from argon and nitrogen, by selective adsorption of oxygen at increasing pressure with simultaneous carrying of argon fraction away to the buffer tank, rinsing of argon out with pure oxygen under elevated pressure, higher than the final pressure of filling, with simultaneous carrying of argon away through the buffer tank and desorption of pure oxygen at the pressure near to the atmospheric pressure.
