Zusammenfassung:A data card connector (43) is disclosed which comprises a housing defining an aperture for receiving a data card with contacts, electrical connectors (14) for engaging the data card contacts to couple the data card contacts to an electronic device, and a cover (12) moveable between an open position and a closed position. The data card connector further comprises an indicator (19,20) for indicating when the cover is in the closed position. When the cover is in this closed position, the contacts of the data card are connected to the electronic device and electric connection between the data card and the electronic device may be affects.
