The conveyor belt (1) is at least partly arranged in a temperature chamber (4), and a hole is provided in the leadframe (3) for adjustment or fixture of the retainer (2), with the process steps for connecting the leadframe (3) to a component, and for electrically contacting the leadframe (3) to the component, being carried out on the conveyor belt (1), in each instance. |
