Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	Adhesive tape comprises a support film (P1) coated with adhesive (N1) on one side and provided with double-sided adhesive tape (DO) on the other side. The gap (V) between the double-sided tape and the edge (LK) of the adhesive tape being 0-15 mm, especially 0.5-15 mm. An Independent claim is also included for a splicing process which comprises (i) the adhesive tape is partly adhered to the bottom of an upper paper or film web on a new roll while the double-sided tape is adhered to a lower web on an old roll; and (ii) the new roll is then pressed against the old roll and rotated at the same speed so that the rest of the adhesive tape adheres to the web on the old roll while the double-sided tape splits into two halves with nonadhesive surfaces.
