The one-piece wall and ceiling hook (1) comprises a doubly bent hook section (3) and a plate section (2) which serves as a base for a two-sided adhesive pad - whose adhesive property can be deactivated by pulling - in such a way that the pulling tab of this pad protrudes beyond the top of the plate.
