The bolt protrudes into a blind hole (91) in a ceramic body (90) to which it is rigidly joined. The end of the hole facing away from the basic body is closed off by the ceramic material of the ceramic body. The implant (1) at least partly formed by the metal basic body has an axis (3) at angles with an annular shoulder surface (22) from which protrudes a head (7).
