Zusammenfassung:	The measurement cable (4) incorporates measurement taps implemented as conductive contacts (5) which are enclosed by a cable sheath (8) along with mutually isolated (7) cable strands (6), the sheath being itself conductive and whose conductivity and thickness are determined such that that the resistance of the contacts in the medium surrounding the cable is smaller than that between the contacts along the cable. An Independent claim is included for a flat seal onto which measurement cables are installed.
