Zusammenfassung:A composite with one or more polyurethane layers, a carrier layer, especially a textile, PVC, polyolefin, or polyurethane foam carrier layer, with an optional adhesive layer between these layers is new. A composite with one or more polyurethane layers, a carrier layer, especially a textile, PVC, polyolefin, or polyurethane foam carrier layer, with an optional adhesive layer between these layers. At least one of the polyurethane layers is a polyurethane of formula (I): -(-OR -O-C(O)-NH-R -NH-C(O)-)n- (I) -O-R -O- = a polyol with a terminal primary and/or secondary hydroxy functionality; R and R = an organic residue including aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic, and/or heterocyclic groups; and n = 1-50000. An Independent claim is included for preparation of a composite in which: (a) one or more polyurethane layers is applied to a non-adhesive (sic) carrier, and at least one polyurethane layer is formed, which contains a composition (A) able to form a reactive coating composition, where composition (A) contains: (i) a polyol HO-R -OH with primary and/or secondary terminal hydroxy functionality; (ii) a diisocyanate OCN-R -NCO and/or a diisocyanate prepolymer OCN-R -NH-CO-O-R -O-CO-NH-R -NCO, where R and R = an organic residue including aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic and/or heterocyclic groups, and (iii) a catalyst, is spread out (sic) and thermally hardened on the non-adhesive (sic) carrier or on a preformed polyurethane layer of the non-adhesive carrier; (b) optionally an adhesive layer is applied to the hardened polyurethane layer; (c) a carrier layer, especially a textile carrier layer, is applied to the side opposite the strip (sic); and (d) the composite, optionally after hardening of the adhesive layer, is pulled off the strip.
