Zusammenfassung:	The door etc. has a stress-bearing frame and an outer skin. The frame (30) is enclosed in a synthetic or metal foam jacket (10), and the outer skin (20) is fastened to it via the foam. Fastening is via adhesive or welding, or the foam may have fasteners for positive fastening of the skin. The side of the foam facing the outer skin is profiled, e.g. ribbed or knobbed, and the skin engages on the profiling. The outer skin is a pre-formed plastic or metal part. The frame is fabricated from a formed metal blank, or is cast or injection-molded.
