Zusammenfassung:	The steering wheel has an airbag module which can be displaced approximately perpendicularly to the plane of the steering wh by at least the contact distance to actuate the horn contact and is connected to a carrier plate (3) extending essentially paral to the steering wheel plane. The carrier plate is electrically connected to the vehicle, forms the earth contact and inter works with a counter contact which is electrically insulated with respect to the vehicle. The counter contact is a spring plate (1) essentially parallel to the steering wheel plane, attached to the carrier plate b insulating element (2) and with at least one contact arm (4) deflectable elastically and perpendicularly to the carrier plate. T contact arm is supported by an insulated thrust block (5) attached to the steering wheel.
