The flange has a profiled seal which clings tightly to the edge of the component . The flange is a profiled part (5) stuck to the frame and with a cross-sectional profile (12) locking the profiled seal (11) in place. The side of the profiled part facing the frame has a recess (8) containing adhesive (7).
