Zusammenfassung:A pressure probe (26) measures the pressure exerted by the piston and incorporates a deformation component (28), which on one side, particularly the rearward end of the piston (14) in relation to the muffle (12), is activated by a counter pressure from the piston and on the other side is fixed to the oven. The pressure probe also assesses the pressure exerted on the piston. It is located between the rearward end of the piston and the oven. A step motor (22) drives the piston and the pressure probe emits a signal for control of the motor. The piston is a ceramic bar which enters the muffle. The deformation component is formed as a bending beam and on one surface has an expansion measurement strip.
