Zusammenfassung:	The temperature stabilization circuit uses an ohmic resistance (Rv) in series with the pre-distortion diode (D1,D2) and an operating voltage source (V1,-V1). Its resistance value is matched to the operating voltage, so that temperature-dependent curvature of the current/voltage characteristic of the pre-distortion diode is less for each operating point. An Independent claim for a pre-distorter for an optical modulator is also included.
