Acridine derivatives

Die Erfindung betrifft Acridinderivate der allgemeinen Formel oder pharmazeutisch verwendbare Salze davon, ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung als Analgetika. Aminomethyl-acridine derivatives (I) are new. Aryl substituted aminomethyl-acridine derivatives of formula (I) and their salts are new. X = N and Y = C; or X = C and Y = N; R = A; R = H or OR ; R = H; or R and R together form a double bond; R = CH2NR R ; R and R = H or 1-6C alkyl; and R and R = H; or R = A; R , R , R , R , R and R = H; R = OR ; or R and R together or R and R together form a double bond; and R = CH2NR R ; or R = A; R -R and R = H; R = H or R ; or R and R together or R and R together form a double bond; and R = CH2NR R ; A = group of formula (a); R and R = H, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, Cl, F, CF3, CN, COOH, CONR R , or COOR ; R = H, OH, 1-6C alkoxy, 3-7C cycloalkyloxy, aryloxy, or heterocyclyloxy; R = H, 1-6C alkyl, aryl, or COR ; R and R - R = 1-6C alkyl or aryl; and R and R = 1-6C alkyl, aryl or 3-7C cycloalkyl. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of compounds (I) excluding those where R = A, R = H or OR and R = H or R and R together form a double bond, R = CH2NR R , R and R = 1-6C alkyl and R and R = H.
