Zusammenfassung:	A surface decorating roller cover (14) includes a first substrate portion (38,40,42) adapted for being rotatably supported about an axis, a second substrate portion axially spaced from the first substrate portion and adapted for being rotatably supported about the axis and a plurality of flexible strips (32). Each strip (32) has a first end, a second end and an intermediate portion (50) between the first and second ends. Only the first and second ends are affixed to the first and second substrate portions respectively.
