Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A cold hardening (meth)acrylate thermosetting resin composition containing (A) (meth)acrylates, vinyl aromatics and vinyl esters, (B) soluble or swellable (pre)polymers, (C) a paraffin and/or wax, (D) an accelerator, a peroxide catalyst or an initiator, and (E) conventional additives is new. A faint odor cold hardening (meth)acrylate thermosetting resin floor covering composition comprises (wt.%): (A) (meth)acrylate (50-100), methyl(meth)acrylate (0-0.5), ethyl(meth)acrylate (0-0.97), greater than 7C (meth)acrylate (0-50), polyvalent (meth)acrylate (3-10), comonomer (0-50), vinyl aromatics (0-30), and vinyl ester (0-30); (B) (pre)polymers soluble or swellable in (A) (0-20) on the wt. of (A), in which the methyl(meth)acrylate or ethyl(meth)acrylate part is less than 5 wt.% on (B); (C) at least one paraffin and/or wax (2-5 wt.% on the wt. of (A+B)); (D) an accelerator and a peroxide catalyst or initiator, in amount sufficient for cold hardening of (A), up to polymerisation of the polymerisable components of the system. Independent claims are included for: (1) A faint odor ground covering obtainable by deposition and hardening of a cold hardenable polymerisable (meth)acrylate system at -10 to +45 degrees C; (2) a process for the preparation of a faint odor ground covering by deposition on a surface and hardening in accordance with A to E above.
