Zusammenfassung:Substrates (2) are cut, from the band (1) of conducting material, having the shape and size of the required cells. Substrates are replaced within the band and semiconductor materials are deposited forming at least one n-i-p or p-i-n junction (16) on one face (4a) of the band. A further deposit is applied comprising a transparent conducting layer. Substrates are then extracted from the band with their deposited layers and upper electrodes are applied to the devices to make individual photoelectric cells ready for use.
