Zusammenfassung:	A polyolefin thermoplastic elastomer is provided which is excellent in oil resistance as well as in sheet formability, thermoformability, resistance to low temperature embrittlement and other properties. The thermoplastic elastomer comprises a crosslinked product obtained by dynamic heat treatment, in the presence of an organic peroxide, of a composition comprising: (A) 10 to 80% by weight of a crystalline propylene polymer resin; (B) 50 to 10% by weight of a copolymer of ethylene with a polar group-containing vinyl monomer; (C) 50 to 10% by weight of a copolymer rubber comprising (C1) 5 to 100% by weight of a propylene/ alpha -olefin copolymer rubber having a propylene content of 65 to 90% by weight and (C2) 95 to 0% by weight of an olefin copolymer rubber having a propylene content of 15 to 60% by weight, the total of the components (A), (B) and (C) being 100% by weight; and optionally (D) 50 to 400 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the component (C), of a rubber softener.
