Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to liquid level indicators using measurement of sound waves parameters. The ultrasonic liquid level detector contains a detector case (1), a rod acoustic waveguide (2) on one end of which there is an acoustical-electrical transducer (3) and on the other - a hollow resonator(4). The resonator (4) space is isolated from an external medium, the detector case (1) is fixed rigidly and hermetically on the surface of the rod acoustic waveguide (2) in a zone of minimum rod oscillations of the rod acoustic waveguide at operating detector frequency and contains an attachment means for attaching the detector to an external base.
