Process for the continous production of moisture curable organopolysiloxane compositions

A 3-stage process for the continuous production of room-temperature vulcanized (RTV-1) compositions comprises: (A) production of a reaction mixture of alpha , gamma -dihydroxypolydiorganosiloxane, filler and optionally other components (B) removal of trapped gases from the mixture under reduced pressure and optionally addition of other components (C) mixing the degassed mixture with crosslinking agent and condensation catalyst. A 3-stage process for the continuous production of room-temperature vulcanized (RTV-1) compositions comprises: (A) production of a reaction mixture of alpha , gamma -dihydroxypolydiorganosiloxane, filler and optionally other components; (B) removal of trapped gases from the mixture under reduced pressure and optionally addition of other components; and (C) mixing the degassed mixture with crosslinking agent and condensation catalyst not added at step (A) or (B) and optionally other components.
