Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an orally administrable, paste-like composition for veterinary use, in particular for ruminants, and more particularly a composition comprising a calcium compound for controlling milk fever. A veterinarily active compound is suspended in a two-phase oily composition comprising a liquid, veterinarily acceptable oil component and a solid, veterinarily acceptable fat component, said fat component forming a coherent structure of crystals in said liquid oil component.
