Zusammenfassung:	Poly-glycoside-based composition contains 30-65 wt.% of at least one fatty alcohol ROH combined with either: i) a mixture of poly-glycosides containing 35-75 wt.% of poly-hexosides of formula R O(H)n1 and 25-65 wt.% of a poly-pentoside of formula R O(P)n2; or ii) a mixture of poly-glycosides of formula R O(G1)a(G2)b(G3)c(G4)d(G5)e. R, R , R , R = 12-22C aliphatic radical (optionally containing 1-4 ethylenic unsaturations); H = hexose residue; n1, n2 = 1-5; P = pentose residue chosen from arabinose and xylose; G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 = hexoses or pentoses (arabinose, xylose); 35-75 wt.% of G1-5 is hexoses and 25-75 wt.% pentoses; a, b, c, d, e = 0 or 1; a + b + c + d + e = 1 or more.
