Zusammenfassung:	The cutting and transfer station has a holding device (22) that enables the produced bags (16) to be fed, one after the other, to the flat bag machine (10) in a counterposed, laterally aligned manner. A transport device (20) for the bag produced in the cutting station (30) is arranged behind that station. The bags are positionable on the transport device in relation to the flat bag machine in a correct counterposed alignment. The holding device may take the bags from the transport device and feeds them to the flat bag machine. The transport device is so drivable that the bags can be positioned in predetermined counterposed spacing on it. The transport device can be operated with arbitrarily adjustable speeds.
