Zusammenfassung:The integration of travelling wave tube amplifiers (24) and multiplexers (20) onto passive transmit array antenna panels (18) deployed out board of a spacecraft bus (10) to simultaneously provide a spacecraft transponder that permits antenna pattern flexibility in orbit, high DC to RF power conversion efficiency, facilitates higher spacecraft power and provides a spacecraft with deployed payload panel architecture having multiple independent beams that can be electronically reconfigured on the ground or in orbit.
