Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparing a pigment composition comprises: treating an organic pigment with: (i) 0.1-100 wt.% of a tertiary alkyl primary amine of formula (I): R1=5-30C (cyclo)aliphatic group; and R2, R3= 1-6C alkyl groups; (ii) 0-100 wt.% surfactant; and (iii) 5-15 pts. wt. of a liquid (L) in which the pigment is substantially insoluble (all wt.% and pts. wt. are relative to the organic pigment), and thereby forming a suspension of the surface treated pigment in the liquid; and collecting the pigment composition. Also claimed is a pigment composition prepared by the process.
