Zusammenfassung:	The brake disc (1) rotates on a horizontal axle (3) and has, on each side, brake shoes (5) pressing against it during braking. The brake shoes consists of a lining-support plate (2) on which is the friction lining (4). The radially different heat distribution in the brake disc is equalised by radial profiling opposed to the heat distribution. The profiling is produced by adapting the geometric shape of the friction lining surface (6).
