Zusammenfassung:	The method involves heating the drinking water indirectly through the heating water, whereby, in case of removal of drinking water, a circulation pump in a heating water circulation and a burner for heating the heating water, are switched on through a sensor detecting a flow of the drinking water. The circulation pump (20) and the burner (12) are switched on through a tap preparation signal produced by the sensor (26), and remain in operation up to the end of the tapping of drinking water. At absence of the tapping of the drinking water within a predetermined time, the circulation pump and the burner are switched off.
