Zusammenfassung:	An inventive device (1) for cordless telephones (4), with which a base station (2) and at least one charging station (3) are associated in order to charge a battery of a cordless telephone (4) via the charging station (3) when the cordless telephone (4) is located in the charging station (3), is characterized by a mechanical connecting device (10, 11, 14, 17) for detachably connecting the charging station (3) and base station (2) to one another. As a result, more flexible possibilities of use for the charging station (3) are obtained.
