It also relates to a method of treating or preventing such disorders in mammals, including humans, using certain quinuclidine derivatives, piperidine derivatives, pyrrolidine derivatives, azanorbornane derivatives, ethylene diamine derivatives and related compounds that are substance P receptor antagonists.
