SULFONAMIDE DERIVATIVES AND INSECTICIDE, MITICIDE AND NEMATICIDE CONTAINING THE SAME

An object of the present invention is to provide a sulfonamide derivative which is useful as insecticidal, miticidal and nematocidal agents. The sulfonamide derivative of the invention is represented by the formula wherein R and R are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a lower haloalkyl group or a halogen atom, R is an ethynyl group, a cyano group, a lower alkoxy group, or a lower alkoxycarbonyl group, X and Y are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a lower alkoxy group, a lower haloalkyl group, a lower haloalkoxy group, a phenoxy group optionally having a substituent(s), a phenyl group optionally having a substituent(s), a pyridyloxy group optionally having a substituent(s), a cyano group, a nitro group, a lower alkylthio group or a lower alkyl sulfonyl group, and m and n are each an integer of 1 to 3.
