Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a flame-retardant resin composition in which a total of 3 to 30 parts by weight of (B) a condensed phosphate ester flame retardant described by general formula (1) hereinbelow and (C) a monophosphate ester flame retardant described by general formula (2) hereinbelow is blended with 100 parts by weight of (A) polyphenylene ether resin or polycarbonate resin, components (B) and (C) being used in the range of (B)/äB)+ (C)ü = 0.5-0.9. (where R1, R2, R3 and R4 denote a phenyl group, a lower alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a hydrogen atom with the proviso that R1, R2, R3 and R4 are not all hydrogen atoms); X1 and X2 represent oxygen or sulphur atoms; Y denotes a phenyl group, lower alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, or a sulfonyl group; R5, R6, and R7 denote a phenyl group, cresyl group, xylenyl group, or trimethylphenyl group lower alkyl group with 1 to 6 carbon atoms or a hydrogen atom (with the proviso that R5, R6 and R7 are not all hydrogen atoms) and n is an integer greater than or equal to 1 denoting degree of polymerization). |
