Zusammenfassung:	A high voltage cascade circuit consists of two series of capacitors that are cross coupled by diodes and the circuit connects with a divider circuit. The cascade circuit is formed on a dielectric strip Ä18Ü on which there are a series of aluminium strips Ä16,17Ü on both sides. On the under side are other conducting strips Ä19,20Ü and capacitors are formed at the overlapping regions. An isolating foil Ä13Ü is overlaid and the strip is wound Ä12Ü to form the complete circuit.
