Zusammenfassung:Die Erfindung betrifft Polyurethanelastomere hergestellt durch Umsetzung von Polyisocyanaten mit Polyesterpolyetherpolyolen (Diesterpolyetherdiolen) nach dem Reaktionsspritzgußverfahren (reaction injection molding, RIM). Polyurethane (PU) elastomers (I), opt. contg. urea units, based on (a) a liq., aliphatic and/or alicyclic polyisocyanate component, (b) a NCO-reactive component with an average mol. wt. of 1000-6000 and a mean functionality of at least 2, (c) NCO- reactive cpds. with a mol. wt. of less than 1000, pref. less than 500, at least one of which has a functionality of at least 2, (d) 1-30 wt% filers (w.r.t. elastomer), and opt. (e) conventional PU additives etc. At least one of the NCO-reactive cpds. in component (c) is a polyhydroxy cpd. based on a polyester-ether- polyol (II). Also claimed is a reaction injection moulding (RIM) process for the prodn. of opt. cellular, elastic mouldings with a closed surface layer and a density of more than 0.9 g/cm , made from (I) which is produced with a NCO index of 90-120.
