Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a hot-air oven for food preparation with a housing, a cooking compartment (5) bounded by four side-walls (7, 8), a floor (9) and a cover (10), with a first blower (12) to generate a flow of hot air in the cooking compartment with a rotary basket (11) for the food (16) which can be introduced into the cooking compartment, in which the hot air flow passes through the basket, with a control device (4) for the cooking cycle comprising a temperature regulator, and at least one air inlet (16) and at least one air outlet (18), in which reliable and low-maintenance operation is made possible by the fact that there is at least one flap (19) for opening or closing the air inlet and/or outlet.
