Zusammenfassung:	The device is used to assemble 1st (7) and 2nd (8) metal plates at right angles to one another around the core of a PWR. The device includes a screw (16) having a partially threaded barrel (16b) and a head (16a) with a dia. greater than the barrel dia.. An entry part (18a) of the opening has a dia. greater than the dia. of the head (16a) of the screw (16) and an exit part (18b) whose dia. is between the head dia. and the dia. of the barrel of the screw. There is a shoulder (18c) between the entry and exit parts (18a, 18b). There is a tapped blind hole (20) in the 2nd metal plate (8). At least one opening (21) links a 1st annular space around the head of the screw inside the entry part of the opening with a 2nd annular space around the barrel of the screw inside the exit part of the opening.
