Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus and method for performing Western Blot testing of dried blood spots (DBSs) containing dried blood sample is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a Western Blot tray and means for agitating buffer, DBS(s) and a Western Blot strip. The troughs are shaped such that smaller amounts of blood sample and buffer may be used to achieve the same or higher concentration levels of blood sample to volume of buffer than ordinarily achieved by using standard Western Blot trays. A method for performina the Western Blot test in acccrdance with this invention is also disclosed.
