Zusammenfassung: | The system consists of a column (26) connected to one end of an interstitial plate (28) designed to engage with the intercondyle recess of the femur, a thrust member (23) which fits onto the column and has two stops (25) which make simultaneous contact with distal sections of the femur, and a distal cutter guide (33) which extends perpendicular to the thrust member's contact plane (p-p'). The guide has a cutter slot (36) lying perpendicular to the plane (p-p') and a lateral bar (37) with holes for pins (42). The interstitial plate (28) is connected to the column (26) by an adapter (28a) which prevents any relative rotation between the plate and the column and has a wedge to fit into the inter-condyle recess of the portion of the femur which is not to be resected. |
